How do I use my Personal PathWay session?

Personal PathWay sessions are one-on-one meetings with an expert, tailored to focus on any topic that is important to you. Common topics include resume reviews, content creation, brainstorming, search planning, interview preparation, offer negotiation, communication, leadership development, and overcoming challenges.

What is a cohort?

A cohort is your learning group—a close-knit community of individuals who share similar career goals and are at a comparable stage in their journey. Being part of a cohort provides essential support, enriches your experience, and helps expand your network.

What happens in group sessions?

Group sessions, led by experts, feature an interactive blend of content exploration and practical application. Cohort members may collaborate in small groups and are encouraged to engage in discussions and provide peer support.
